Helen Foot successfully leads technical teams and cross-cultural groups, manages interdisciplinary clinical staff, and convenes workshops for senior executives and governance boards. Helen is often called on to work with stakeholder groups to balance competing interests in conflict environments. Under her guidance, these groups achieve results in challenging circumstances.
Helen holds various credentials and qualifications, including a Bachelor’s in Social Sciences and a Master’s in Social Work. She has been a Project Management Professional (PMP) since 2008 and often spoke internationally as President of the Project Management Institute of New Zealand.
